Custom notification sounds will be delivered within the timeframe specified for your selected package. Delivery timelines begin after completion of your consultation call and receipt of all necessary information.
Revision rounds included in your package must be requested within 30 days of initial delivery. Revisions are limited to adjustments of existing sounds, not creation of entirely new compositions.
Upon full payment, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the custom notification sounds created for you. lively-tracks retains all intellectual property rights to the underlying compositions and techniques.
The notification sounds are licensed for personal use on your devices only. You may not:
Payment is required in full before service delivery begins. We accept major credit cards and electronic payment methods. All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes.

The 30-day sound swap guarantee allows you to request replacement sounds if you're unsatisfied, but does not constitute grounds for a refund.
